BrandForge uses a credit-based system for AI generation tasks. This page explains how credits work, what they're used for, and how to manage your plan.
How Credits Work
Credits are consumed each time you use an AI generation feature. Think of them as the fuel that powers BrandForge's AI modules.
What uses credits?

- Editing existing content in the visual editor
- Uploading files to Brand Assets
- Managing team members and settings
- Publishing your website
- Processing store orders
- Scheduling social posts
Plans
BrandForge offers three plan tiers. All plans include a monthly credit allocation.

Credits reset on your billing renewal date. Unused credits do not roll over.
Credit Top-Ups
If you run out of credits before your billing cycle renews, you can purchase a top-up pack at any time from Settings → Account → Billing.
Top-up packs are available in increments of 100, 250, and 1,000 credits.

BrandForge is committed to forever pricing — if you're on a plan today, your price will never increase as long as you stay subscribed. This is our commitment to long-term partners and early adopters.
Managing Billing
Go to Settings → Account → Billing to:
- View your current plan and credit balance
- See your billing history and invoices
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Purchase credit top-up packs
- Update payment method
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when I run out of credits? AI generation features will be paused until you top up or your monthly credits renew. All existing content, your website, and your store remain live and accessible.
Can I share credits across workspaces? Yes — credits are shared across all workspaces under your account.
Do credits expire? Monthly plan credits reset on renewal. Purchased top-up credits do not expire.
