Web2Print
Web2Print lets you order professional physical prints of your brand collateral — business cards and other print materials — directly from BrandForge. Your designs go from the Collateral module to your door without leaving the platform.
How It Works
- Design your collateral in Brand Building → Collateral
- Save the design to Brand Assets
- Open Growth → Web2Print and place your order
- Your prints are produced and shipped to your address

Placing an Order
Step 1 — Select your design
Open Growth → Web2Print. Your saved collateral designs appear as selectable cards. Choose the design you want to print.
If you haven't created a design yet, click Design now to go to the Collateral module.
Step 2 — Choose quantity and finish

Pricing updates automatically as you select options.
Step 3 — Confirm print specifications
BrandForge shows a preflight summary:

If there are any issues with your design file (wrong color mode, insufficient resolution), a warning appears with instructions to fix it in the Collateral module.
Step 4 — Shipping address
Enter your delivery address. Shipping estimates are shown before you confirm.
Step 5 — Payment and confirm
Review your order summary and click Place Order. Payment is charged to your account's billing method on file.
Order Status
After placing an order, track its progress in the Web2Print order list:

Order status updates also appear in the Recent Activity feed on the Dashboard.
Turnaround Times

Express production is available at additional cost during checkout.
Reordering
Previous orders can be reordered from the Web2Print order history with one click. The same design, quantity, and finish settings are pre-filled.
Time your business card order to arrive before your next in-person meeting or networking event. Order at least 7 business days in advance to account for production and shipping time.
