Quick Start

Get your brand live in under 10 minutes. This guide walks you through the essential steps from account creation to a published website.

Step 1 — Create your account​

Go to brandforge.software and sign up. You'll be prompted to create your first Workspace during onboarding.

  • Enter your brand name
  • Select your industry (e.g. Food & Beverage, SaaS, Fashion)
  • BrandForge will set up your workspace and take you to the Dashboard

Step 2 — Generate your Brand Strategy​

Your Brand Strategy is the foundation of everything else. Start here.

  1. Open Brand Building → Brand Strategy from the sidebar

  2. Click in the AI Copilot chat panel on the left

  3. Describe your brand in plain language, for example:

    "A premium specialty coffee brand focused on single-origin beans. Audience is urban professionals aged 25–40 who care about craft and sustainability."

  4. Optionally, pick a Quick Template (e.g. ☕ Friendly Café) to skip the prompt

  5. Click Generate — your full Brand DNA appears on the right within seconds

Your Brand DNA includes: brand archetype, voice, target audience, taglines, mission, vision, market positioning, brand personality, and a color palette.

You can regenerate any section individually. Click Edit next to any block to refine it manually.

Step 3 — Find your Brand Name & Domain​

  1. Open Brand Building → Name & Domain
  2. Describe your brand to the AI Copilot, or pick a category template
  3. The AI returns up to 12 name suggestions with real-time domain availability
  4. Each name shows 3 domain options with pricing (e.g. .com, .co, .io)
  5. Click Select this name on your favourite, then register the domain directly
  1. Open Brand Building → Logo Generator
  2. Describe your visual vision in the AI Copilot, or let BrandForge auto-generate from your brand strategy
  3. Choose to generate 1, 4, or 6 logo concepts
  4. Select a concept and click Edit to open the Logo Editor
  5. Adjust colors, typography, icon, and layout
  6. Export as SVG or PNG — your logo is saved to Brand Assets automatically

Step 5 — Build your Website​

  1. Open Digital Presence → Website Builder → AI Site Builder
  2. Describe your website in the chat, or pick a starter template (e.g. ☕ Coffee Brand)
  3. BrandForge will clarify your requirements (pages, style, color vibe) and show a summary
  4. Click Generate Website — your full multi-page site is created in seconds
  5. Use the visual editor to refine sections, swap content, and adjust layout
  6. Click Publish when ready

Step 6 — Connect your Domain & Go Live​

  1. Open Digital Presence → Managed Hosting
  2. Connect the domain you registered in Step 3
  3. Your site goes live at your custom domain

Keep an eye on your Brand Score on the Dashboard — it shows which steps are complete and what to do next to reach 100%.
