Brand Assets

The Brand Assets library is the central storage location for all files related to your brand โ€” generated logos, print collateral, website media, social media images, product photos, and documents.

Accessing Brand Assetsโ€‹

Go to Growth โ†’ Brand Assets from the sidebar.

Library Overviewโ€‹

The header shows your workspace name, total asset count, and folder count (e.g. 18 assets ยท 6 folders).

Foldersโ€‹

Assets are organized into folders in the left sidebar panel. Default folders:

FolderContents
All AssetsEvery file in your library
Logos & Brand MarkSVG and PNG logo files generated by the Logo Generator
Print CollateralBusiness cards, letterheads, and other print files
Website AssetsImages used on your website pages
Social MediaImages created for or used in social posts

Each folder shows an asset count badge.

Creating a folderโ€‹

Click + New folder at the bottom of the folder list. Enter a name and press Enter.

Renaming or deleting a folderโ€‹

Hover over a folder to reveal the pencil (rename) and trash (delete) icons.

Deleting a folder

Deleting a folder does not delete the files inside it โ€” they move to All Assets. To delete individual files, do so from the asset grid.

Generated Assetsโ€‹

At the top of the main asset grid, BrandForge highlights Generated Assets โ€” files created by AI modules (Logo Generator, Collateral). These are separated from manually uploaded files for easy identification.

Each generated asset shows:

  • A thumbnail (rendered logo for SVGs, icon for other file types)
  • File name
  • File format and origin (e.g. SVG ยท AI Generated)

Click a generated asset to open it in its originating module (e.g. clicking a logo opens the Logo Editor).

Asset Gridโ€‹

Below generated assets, all remaining assets appear in a responsive grid sorted by Newest first (default).

Asset cardโ€‹

Each card shows:

  • Thumbnail or file type icon with a color-coded background
  • File format badge (PDF, JPG, PNG, SVG)
  • File name
  • File size
  • Preview and action buttons on hover

Previewing an assetโ€‹

Hover over any asset card and click Preview (eye icon) to open a full-screen preview.

Asset actions (โ‹ฏ menu)โ€‹

Hover over a card and click the ellipsis โ‹ฏ button to access:

  • Download โ€” Download the file to your device
  • Rename โ€” Edit the file name
  • Move to folder โ€” Assign to a different folder
  • Delete โ€” Permanently remove the file
