Business Cards
BrandForge generates professional, print-ready business card designs using your brand strategy and contact information. Designs can be ordered as physical prints through Web2Print.
Creating a Business Card
Step 1 — Open Collateral
Go to Brand Building → Collateral from the sidebar.
Step 2 — Describe or pick a template
In the Generate tab of the AI Copilot:
- Describe your desired card style in plain language, or
- Click a Quick Template (Minimal, Bold, Luxury, Tech, Creative, Corporate)
Step 3 — Add your contact details
Click the Details tab and fill in:

These details are automatically placed on the card layout by the AI.
Step 4 — Adjust style
Click the Style tab to modify:
- Layout — Horizontal or vertical card orientation
- Color palette — Defaults to your brand palette from Brand Strategy
- Typography — Font pairing for name, title, and contact info
Step 5 — Generate
Click Generate in the Copilot. Your card design appears in the preview panel — both front and back faces.
Step 6 — Review and refine
Review your card design. You can:
- Continue refining via the Copilot ("Make the card darker", "Swap the logo to white")
- Adjust contact details in the Details tab and regenerate
- Change the layout in the Style tab
Step 7 — Save and order
When you're happy with the design:
- Click Save design — the card is saved to Brand Assets → Print Collateral
- Click Order prints to open the Web2Print flow and order physical cards

Downloading Your Design
From Brand Assets → Print Collateral, you can download:
- Print-ready PDF — for use with any commercial printer
- PNG preview — for digital use (email signatures, presentations)
Ordering Physical Prints

Standard options include quantities of 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1,000 cards.
The AI generates a front face (name, title, logo) and a back face (contact details or a brand element). Review both before ordering. The back is a great place for a tagline, QR code, or brand pattern.
