Blog
The Blog module lets you create and publish articles on your website. Posts can be written manually, generated with AI, or bulk-created from a list of topics.
Accessing the Blog
Go to Digital Presence → Website Builder → Blog from the sidebar.
Creating a Post
Click New post to open the post editor.
Post editor fields

| Title | The headline of your blog post |
| URL Slug | Auto-generated from the title — editable (e.g. /blog/how-to-brew-v60) |
| Status | Draft (not visible) or Published (live on your site) |
| Category | Tag for organizing posts. Default: Uncategorized |
| Featured Image | Hero image shown at the top of the post and in post listings |
| Excerpt | Short summary shown in blog listing pages and search results |
| Content | The full post body (rich text editor) |
Content editor
The content editor supports:
- Headings (H2, H3, H4)
- Paragraphs, bold, italic, underline
- Bulleted and numbered lists
- Block quotes
- Images (upload or embed)
- Links
Featured Image
Click Add featured image to either:
- Search Pixabay — find a free stock image by keyword
- Upload from device — use your own image
AI Post Generation
Click Generate with AI when creating a new post. Enter:
- The post topic or title
- Target length (short / medium / long)
- Tone (informational, conversational, authoritative)
The AI generates a full draft including title, excerpt, and body content — using your brand voice from Brand Strategy as context. Review and edit before publishing.
Bulk Post Generation
Click Bulk create to generate multiple posts at once:
- Enter a list of topics (one per line), or paste a comma-separated list
- Set the default length and tone
- Click Generate all — BrandForge creates drafts for each topic
- Review each draft in the post list before publishing
Bulk generation uses 3 credits per post.
Managing Posts
The blog index shows all posts with:
- Title
- Status (Draft / Published)
- Category
- Publication date
- Edit and Delete actions
Filtering
Filter posts by Status (All / Draft / Published) or Category using the dropdowns above the post list.
Publishing a post
Open a draft post and change Status from Draft to Published, then click Save. The post goes live immediately on your website at its URL slug.
Blog on Your Website
Blog posts are accessible on your website at /blog. The blog index page (auto-generated) shows all published posts as cards with featured image, title, excerpt, category, and date.
The blog index page is managed automatically — it updates whenever you publish or unpublish a post.
Each blog post is a unique page with its own URL slug — great for SEO. Set a clear, keyword-rich Meta Title and Excerpt for each post to maximize search engine visibility.
