Workspace Profile

Settings → Workspace → Workspace manages your workspace identity, metadata, and the Danger Zone for permanent workspace actions.

Workspace Profile Fields​

Workspace ID​

A unique system identifier assigned when the workspace was created (e.g. ws_01). This is read-only and used for API references and support requests.

Created​

The date the workspace was created (e.g. September 15, 2025). Read-only.

Current Plan​

Your active subscription plan (e.g. Growth, Starter, Professional, Business). Click the plan name to go to Settings → Account → Billing to upgrade or change your plan.

Slug​

A URL-safe identifier for your workspace (e.g. luminary-coffee). Used internally and in workspace URLs.

  • Lowercase, hyphens only
  • Must be unique across all BrandForge workspaces
  • Changing the slug may break any direct links that used the previous slug

Workspace Name​

The display name for this workspace — shown in the workspace switcher and throughout the BrandForge interface.

This is separate from Brand Name in General Settings:

  • Workspace Name — Internal identifier for this workspace in BrandForge
  • Brand Name — The public-facing brand name used in generated content

For single-brand users, these are typically the same.

Saving Changes​

Click Save changes to apply updates to Slug and Workspace Name.

Danger Zone​

Permanent action

The Danger Zone contains irreversible actions. Read carefully before proceeding.

Delete Workspace​

Deleting a workspace permanently removes:

  • All brand assets (logos, images, documents)
  • Website pages and published content
  • Social media posts (scheduled posts will not publish)
  • eCommerce products, orders, and customer data
  • Web2Print order history
  • All brand strategy, logo, and collateral work

What is NOT deleted:

  • Registered domains (remain active through the domain registrar)
  • Stripe payment history (remains in your Stripe account)
  • Published social posts already sent to Instagram/LinkedIn

To delete your workspace:

  1. Click Delete workspace
  2. Type your workspace name to confirm
  3. Click I understand, delete this workspace

Deletion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed. Contact support within 24 hours if deletion was accidental — recovery may not be possible.
