Domains
Settings → Workspace → Domains is where you manage all domains connected to your workspace — whether registered through BrandForge or an external registrar.
Domain List
All domains associated with your workspace appear in a table:

Domain Status

Adding a Domain
BrandForge-registered domain
Domains registered through the Name & Domain module are automatically added here.
External domain
To connect a domain registered elsewhere:
- Click Add domain
- Enter the domain name (e.g.
yourbrand.com) - BrandForge shows the DNS records you need to add:

- Add these records in your registrar's DNS control panel
- Click Verify DNS once records are set
DNS propagation can take a few minutes to 48 hours. The status will update automatically once detected.
Connecting a Domain to Your Website
After a domain is added and verified:
- Click Connect to website next to the domain
- Select your website from the dropdown
- Click Save
Your website is now accessible at that domain. The Managed Hosting module also provides a shortcut to this setting.
Domain Renewal
Domains registered through BrandForge renew automatically on the renewal date using your billing method on file. You'll receive a notification 30 days before renewal (if Billing Alerts are enabled in Settings → Account → Notifications).
To manually renew early, click Renew next to the domain.
Removing a Domain
Click ⋯ → Remove domain to disconnect a domain from your workspace. This does not cancel the domain registration — it only removes the connection from BrandForge. The domain continues to be registered until its expiry date.
Expired domains can be permanently lost. Enable Billing Alerts in Settings → Account → Notifications to receive renewal reminders.
