Customers
The Customers section gives you a view of everyone who has placed an order in your store — including their purchase history, contact details, and lifetime value.
Customer List
Customers appear in a table with:

Customer Profile
Click any customer to open their profile:
- Contact info — Name, email, phone (if provided), shipping address
- Order history — All orders with status and totals
- Lifetime value — Total revenue from this customer
- Notes — Internal notes (not visible to the customer)
Adding a Customer Manually
Click Add customer to manually create a customer record. This is useful for wholesale or offline orders.
Customer Data and Privacy
All customer data is stored securely within your workspace. Customer emails are not shared with third parties or used for BrandForge marketing.
For GDPR compliance, customers can request data deletion. Process deletion requests from the customer profile by clicking Delete customer data.
Exporting Customers
Click Export to download your customer list as a CSV file. This is useful for importing into email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
Enable the Mailchimp integration in Settings → Account → Integrations to automatically sync new customers as subscribers to your email list.
