Inventory
The Inventory section gives you a consolidated view of stock levels across all products and variants. Manage quantities, set alerts, and track stock movements.
Inventory List
All tracked products and their variants appear in a table:

Adjusting Inventory
Click any product row to adjust its stock level:
- Enter the new quantity (absolute) or an adjustment value (e.g. +50 to add 50 units)
- Add a reason note (optional — for your records)
- Click Save adjustment
Inventory adjustments are logged with timestamp, quantity change, and reason.
Low Stock Alerts
Set a low stock threshold per product in Products → Edit product → Inventory. When stock drops to or below the threshold, the product is marked Low stock in red and a notification is sent (if enabled in Settings → Account → Notifications).
Out-of-Stock Behavior
By default, products at zero inventory show as Out of stock on your storefront and cannot be purchased. You can override this per-product to allow backorders in the Products editor.
Stock History
Click on a product in the inventory list and open the History tab to see a log of all stock adjustments — useful for reconciliation and auditing.
