Products
The Products section is your product catalog manager. Add physical or digital products, set pricing, upload images, and organize into collections.
Product List
The Products page shows all products in your catalog as a table with:
- Product name and thumbnail
- Price
- Inventory status (In stock / Low stock / Out of stock)
- Status (Published / Draft)
- Category / collection
- Last updated date
Filtering and search
Filter products by Status (Published / Draft), Category, or search by name using the search field.
Adding a Product
Click Add product to open the product editor.
Basic information

| Price | Standard selling price (in your store currency) |
| Compare-at price | Original price shown crossed out (for sale pricing) |
| SKU | Your internal stock-keeping unit identifier |
| Barcode | EAN, UPC, or ISBN (optional) |
Images
Upload up to 10 images per product. The first image is the primary image shown in product listings. Drag to reorder.
Image requirements:
- Minimum 800×800px recommended
- JPG or PNG format
- Under 10MB per image
Variants
Products can have variants — combinations of options like size, color, or material.
Adding variants:
- Click Add variant option (e.g. Size, Color)
- Add the option values (e.g. S, M, L, XL)
- BrandForge generates all variant combinations automatically
- Set price and inventory per variant if they differ
Inventory

| Track quantity | Toggle to enable inventory tracking for this product |
| Quantity | Current stock level |
| Low stock alert | Notify when stock drops below this number |
| Continue selling when out of stock | Allow orders even at zero inventory |
Shipping

Organization

| Category | Assign to a product category |
| Collection | Add to a curated collection (for storefront display) |

Status
- Published — Visible in your store and purchasable
- Draft — Hidden from customers until published
Editing a Product
Click any product in the list to open the product editor. All fields are editable. Click Save to apply changes.
Deleting a Product
Open a product and click Delete product at the bottom. Products with existing orders cannot be deleted — archive them instead by setting to Draft.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple products using the checkboxes and choose a bulk action:
- Change status (Draft / Published)
- Delete selected
- Add to collection
